Item(s), ordered on e-shop is(are) delivered in all territory of Lithuania, except Curonian Spit (Kuršiu Nerija).

Items are to be delivered the next working day, in case the order and its payment are received up to 4:00 p.m. In other cases, the period of delivery is extended by one working day.

Low-quality item(s) is(are) to be exchanged or returned under the rules of items return and exchange, stipulated in the Order No. 217, dated on June 29, 2001, issued by Minister of Economy “Due to approval of rules of items return and exchange”. Low-quality items may be returned or exchanged within 14 (fourteen) days from the day of delivery to a Customer. In case of item return, the following conditions must be observed:
• the returned item must be packed in original undamaged package;
• the item must be undamaged by a Customer;
• the item must be unused, with retained marketable external appearance (labels undamaged, protection covers not removed, etc.);

• the returned item must be of the same set as prior receiving;
• the purchasing document (if such exist) and completed form of return, which is attached to every parcel, are to be presented together with the returned item.
• In case of item return, the courier must be called by the telephone: 870055700 and the ID number 11226 must be provided.
• The Seller covers the costs of a shipping of a low-quality or faulty item, in other cases the costs are covered by a Customer. The fee of return equals the delivery fee.
• Failing to meet provisions of item(s) return, the item(s) is(are) to be sent to a Customer and money is not refunded.
Should the contingency occur, when there is no possibility to deliver an item purchased on the e-shop due to contingency, we are obliged to offer an analogous item. In case of Customer’s refusal, we are obliged to refund the paid amount within 2 (two) working days, if payment was transferred via Lithuanian banks and in case of international transfer within 5 (five) working days.
In case of failure to contact a Customer within 3 (three) working days, the order is cancelled; a Customer is refunded only for the item(s), since the delivery fee remains at Seller’s possession.
